WriteLang 1.0.9.0 — Windows and macOS update
This release expands the writing tools on Windows and macOS.
In this release
- Polish My Writing: Improve the wording and flow of your draft while keeping its meaning.
- Write a Sentence: Create a new sentence from the situation and purpose you describe, without a draft.
- Specify terms: Keep names and important expressions exactly as you choose.
- Add context: Tell WriteLang who you are writing for or how the text will be used.
- Request refinements: Describe the tone or change you want, then refine the result again.
On Windows, close the app and run the new installer. Your settings and downloaded models stay in place.
On macOS, extract the ZIP and move WriteLang.app to Applications. This release requires macOS 14 or later and Apple Silicon (M1 or later). This beta is not yet notarized by Apple; if the first launch is blocked, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and press Open Anyway.
