Install on Windows
If Windows blocks the installer
On the “Windows protected your PC” screen, choose More info → Run anyway.
If there is no Run anyway button, contact [email protected].
Sign in
When you first open WriteLang, sign in with Google or Apple.
Select a sentence and press the shortcut
Open WriteLang, select your text, and press Alt + Shift + W. Review the translation and replace your original text.
Update to a new version
Close the app and run the new installer. Your settings and history stay in place.

Installation guide
Apple Silicon (M1 or later) Macs only. Intel Macs are not supported.
Unzip the download and move WriteLang.app to Applications. Allow Accessibility access in System Settings to translate text in other apps.
If the first launch says “WriteLang cannot be opened”, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, press Open Anyway in the Security section near the bottom, then confirm. This beta is not notarized by Apple yet, so it is only needed once.
