WriteLang 1.0.5.0 — Desktop beta
Windows: extract the setup ZIP and run WriteLang-Setup.exe. If you already use WriteLang, close it and run the new installer. Your settings and downloaded translation files stay in place.
macOS 14+: extract the ZIP and move WriteLang.app to Applications. Includes Intel and Apple Silicon. This beta is not yet notarized by Apple, so the first launch shows a "cannot be opened" message. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and press Open Anyway.
In this release
- Fixed typing not reaching the input box after switching to another app and back.
- Translation files you already downloaded are reused instead of downloaded again.
- Installing and uninstalling now let you choose what happens to downloaded translation files.
